Poole Sunroom

This Project was a fun one for a couple in Brandon, MS. We used concrete, wood, hardi & brick for this addition and tried to blend it in with the original home. Drainage was a big factor here as the back yard is actually higher than finish grade. We used a turned-up footing and foundation sealer as well as a french drain and natural drainage to mitigate any water that may move towards our new construction.
